The Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal coordinates case management, files court documents, schedules depositions, communicates with clients, and supports trial logistics.

Support litigation matters by organizing case files, managing ECF downloads and filings, preparing documents and exhibits, coordinating depositions and experts, communicating with clients and local counsel, and providing trial logistics and on-site support.

Manage and execute client file transfers, retention, and disposition projects. Coordinate with attorneys, support staff, and vendors; maintain records databases; ensure compliance with transfer policies; assist with closing, termination, and special projects; serve as central contact for incoming/outgoing transfers and verify data integrity across systems.
