Manage client tax preparation and resolution caseloads by collecting and reviewing documentation, identifying missing information, communicating requirements and updates, tracking deadlines in CRM systems, coordinating case progression, and maintaining accurate records. The role also supports engagement letters, client deliverables, internal workflow coordination, and process improvements while delivering attentive customer service.

Reengage and convert prospects who started but did not complete enrollment. Manage a pipeline, perform outreach via phone/email/SMS, handle objections, document activity in Salesforce, collaborate with Sales and Client Success, and meet outreach and revenue targets.

Manage tax resolution cases by communicating with the IRS and state agencies, submitting Power of Attorney forms, maintaining accurate documentation, uploading IRS transcripts, tracking case progress, and logging detailed notes in the CRM. Collaborate with Enrolled Agents, Case Managers, and Sales while protecting confidential client information. The role is fully on-site and requires strong organization, communication, and independent work in a high-volume environment.

Manage state and IRS tax investigations and client representation by submitting POAs, updating case files and transcripts, maintaining CRM case notes, coordinating with agencies and internal teams, and handling a large caseload to meet deadlines.
