As an Account Manager II, you will drive customer success by executing sales strategies, nurturing relationships, and enhancing customer experiences in the healthcare sector.

Coordinate logistics, delivery, and evaluation of employee training programs. Manage calendars, LMS records, A/V setup, reporting, and stakeholder communication to support onboarding, compliance, and continuous learning.

Manage territory sales of medical and laboratory equipment by building customer relationships, meeting quotas, coordinating installs/training, supporting channel partners, using Salesforce for forecasts, monitoring competition, and attending trade shows. Role includes ~25% overnight travel.
