The Product Engineer leads products through the production lifecycle, evaluating designs for manufacturability, developing manufacturing documentation, solving process issues, and implementing corrective actions. Responsibilities include tooling and fixture design, automated test fixture development, manufacturing cell layout, PFMEA, Lean improvements, technical risk assessment, customer liaison work, and tracking production milestones. The role interfaces with production, quality, and engineering teams while supporting aerospace and defense manufacturing programs.

Leads development, validation, troubleshooting, and production support for electronic and special test equipment. Develops automated C#/.NET test stands integrating laboratory instruments and SQL databases, interprets test data, performs verification and validation, resolves failures, and completes schematic capture and PCB layout using Altium Designer. Collaborates with engineering, production, technicians, management, and customers.
