Leads a team of Test Engineers conducting environmental, mechanical, and explosive testing across the product life cycle. Oversees test planning, execution, data analysis, documentation, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and qualification reviews. Coordinates complex proposals for new business activity by leading multidisciplinary teams, reviewing and flowing down RFP requirements, creating schedules, tracking actions, organizing reviews, developing proposal documentation, preparing cost estimates and pricing recommendations, maintaining proposal records, and driving continuous improvement.

Supports electronics product development for military and space applications from concept through qualification and production. Responsibilities include prototype and qualification testing, technical requirements validation, test documentation, electronic troubleshooting, test-data analysis, lab coordination, customer communications, milestone presentations, continuous improvement, and failure investigations. Collaborates with design, test, quality, production, and procurement teams.

Designs, analyzes, simulates, fabricates, tests, and integrates analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit boards and electronic subsystems. Responsibilities include schematic capture, PCB layout, routing, risk and electrical analyses, design documentation, troubleshooting, requirements definition, detailed implementation, verification, and ongoing product support for aerospace and defense systems.

Manufacturing Engineer leads manufacturing process development, documentation, validation, production support, process improvement, and corrective actions. Leads a functional team of engineers developing electronics products from concept through production. Responsibilities include technical reviews, design evaluation, testing, risk mitigation, project execution, budgeting, process improvement, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional alignment. The role also mentors engineers, manages team strategy and performance, and provides technical guidance while supporting defense and aerospace programs subject to DoD clearance and ITAR restrictions.
