The Strategic Sourcing Manager III manages sourcing of pipes, tubes, and castings, develops supplier strategies, mitigates risks, and drives cost-reduction initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Design and specify power electronic equipment (VFDs, transformers, motors) for chiller products. Prepare and review test and qualification plans and data, support UL safety compliance, cross-functional project meetings, corrective actions, manufacturing and field testing, and use CAE/CAD simulation for electrical design and testing.

Lead and implement workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, change management, and operational HR initiatives across multiple manufacturing plants. Advise executives and plant leaders, drive talent management, leadership development, Workday integration, compensation alignment, and employee engagement efforts. Manage cross-functional programs, change communications, and transformation roadmaps to improve productivity, retention, and organizational performance.

Manage full-cycle early talent recruiting for interns and entry-level hires: sourcing, interviewing, offers, onboarding, campus relations, employer branding, pipeline development, metrics/reporting, and occasional travel (20–30%).

Support manufacturing process improvements and cost reduction efforts. Perform time studies, optimize line flow and layouts using lean methods, create work instructions and training materials, assist capital projects and equipment procurement, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve manufacturability and ergonomics.

The Program Manager will lead product development projects, managing schedules, scope, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Manage all aspects of mechanical projects in HVAC including estimating, scheduling, quality control, and liaising with clients and teams.

Support product managers by executing marketing strategies, developing promotional materials and technical unit selection software, investigating software bugs and enhancements, performing market and P&L evaluations, providing sales forecast/ROI input, and communicating technical marketing needs across engineering, IT, and planning teams.

Manage commercial HVAC projects from planning through completion: establish schedules, staffing, budgets, permitting, contracts, and AIA documentation; coordinate project teams and clients, maintain cost forecasts, prepare reports, ensure timely customer sign-off and satisfaction.

Lead the Value Management Team to deliver cost optimization, supplier risk management, ISC process governance, and sourcing support. Drive Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement, analytics and KPIs, training and intern programs, executive reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to sustain operational excellence and measurable financial results.
