Provide clerical and administrative support to mortgage loan officers and processors, organize and preliminarily review loan documentation, track outstanding items, communicate with customers and title companies, support pipeline management across loan products, and assist with day-to-day office operations to facilitate timely loan closings.

Provide back-office administrative support: produce documents and presentations, maintain records and calendars, schedule travel and meetings, manage mail and expense reports, answer inquiries and resolve operational issues, update databases, and support team compliance with company policies.

Provide legal counsel and manage responses to federal and state regulatory examinations, audits, and information requests. Coordinate documentation, track findings and remediation, update policies, and advise senior leadership on examination strategy and compliance matters.

Manage and maintain job descriptions, salary structures, and compensation grades. Conduct compensation analysis, administer performance management in Workday, support managers on promotions/reclassifications, ensure compliance with labor laws, and prepare compensation reports and training.

Provide back-office administrative and operational support: document preparation, recordkeeping, calendar and travel arrangements, database updates, expense reconciliation, mail management, and phone inquiry resolution.

The Executive Assistant manages calendars, coordinates meetings, communicates with clients, arranges travel, and handles marketing plans while prioritizing multiple projects.
