Serve as liaison between borrowers and internal teams throughout the mortgage loan lifecycle. Prepare and review mortgage closing documents (conventional, FHA, VA, USDA), ensure regulatory and investor compliance (TRID, RESPA, TILA, Fair Lending), calculate payments/escrows, produce Closing Disclosures, coordinate with loan officers, underwriters and settlement agents, authorize funding, maintain closing pipeline and handle post-closing corrections.
