Provide legal interpretation and guidance on mortgage fees, disclosures, documents, and vendor integrations. Translate regulatory requirements into actionable business and testing requirements, review system configurations and document outputs for compliance, conduct legal research, document decisions, and partner with Compliance, Technology, Operations, and vendors to resolve issues and support implementations.

Manage and prioritize appraisal orders for retail mortgage loans: place orders via Mercury Network, maintain workflows in Encompass, process payments, track assignments to completion, communicate with appraisers/AMCs and internal teams, respond to customers, and support processors, underwriters, and loan officers. Works PST hours supporting West Coast.

Support the Branch Manager in planning and executing community events and marketing initiatives to increase local brand awareness. Create social content, build local partnerships, represent the branch at events, assist with promotions, and recommend promotional materials. Primarily weekend work with some weekday on-site attendance.

Administer and optimize the Encompass LOS: design input forms and business rules, implement change requests, troubleshoot system issues, support integrations, collaborate with .NET and product teams, and serve as escalation point for support to ensure loan processing and compliance workflows run smoothly.

Support design, administration, and compliance of medical, dental, vision, life, disability, voluntary benefits and multi-state leave programs. Manage vendors, 401(k) administration, HRIS data integrity, open enrollment, employee inquiries, leave tracking, and accommodation processes while partnering with HR leadership and third-party administrators.

Serve as liaison for borrowers and internal teams to manage loan files end-to-end. Review and audit income, assets, credit, run DU/LP, pre-underwrite documentation, prepare disclosures, and recommend optimal loan programs across Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, 203k, and reverse mortgage products.

Lead recruitment strategy and execution for Loan Officers, Mortgage Bankers, Branch Managers and Sales Leaders. Source passive candidates via Boolean search, cold calls and networking; partner with regional and executive leaders to qualify, interview, hire, and report pipeline metrics. Build candidate relationships and referral networks to meet hiring goals and support growth in target markets.
