Partners with leadership and recruiting teams, uses mortgage production data and market intelligence to develop closing strategies, address candidate concerns, track conversion metrics, and influence hiring outcomes in a competitive mortgage lending environment.

Coordinates resolution of investor-identified loan conditions after closing. Reviews loan files, researches suspense items, obtains and uploads corrective documentation, communicates with investors, clients, and internal departments, and monitors loan pipelines for timely purchase. Maintains knowledge of agency and investor guidelines, identifies salability and warehouse-line risks, prepares post-consummation disclosures and refund checks, and tracks condition status through investor sites and the loan origination system.
