The Senior Network Engineer will resolve complex LAN/WAN issues, implement network standards, and provide client consultation while ensuring security and compliance.

Support ExaCC build/deployment using IaC patterns, plan and execute Oracle database and app migrations to ExaCC/OCI, develop runbooks/cutover/rollback and operational readiness, tune and validate performance/backup/recovery, and coordinate landing-zone and network dependencies with OCI architects and CMS teams while meeting CMS security requirements.

Design and own OCI tenancy architecture, landing zones, governance, and network baselines. Advise Exadata/Cloud@Customer designs and migrations, define baseline security controls (Cloud Guard, logging, IAM, tagging), create reusable onboarding patterns, and partner with CMS and program teams to ensure secure, compliant cloud provisioning.

Design and implement OCI identity domains, IAM policies, federation/SSO, and access-governance across OCI, Exadata Cloud@Customer, and multi-cloud environments. Define least-privilege policies, integrate IAM with Zero Trust, and support NetOps adoption and governance baselines.

Design and maintain Terraform and OCI Resource Manager IaC for standardized tenant onboarding. Automate landing zones, identity, network baselines, governance, and security guardrails. Build CI/CD pipelines, reusable templates (DNS, VCN, Cloud Guard, logging, IAM policies, tagging), enforce policy-as-code, and accelerate tenant provisioning.

Design, implement, and document OCI networking for hybrid cloud including VCNs, DRGs, FastConnect, private endpoints, routing, and segmentation. Create reusable network templates, enforce Zero Trust and TIC 3.0 segmentation, integrate Cloudflare edge services, and produce runbooks and operational guidance.

Support design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation of HCM solutions. Perform functional and technical analysis, develop project and CDRL documentation, execute test plans, assist with project administration, data validation, troubleshooting, training, and collaborate with managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Lead HCM security configuration, integrations, and data migration for enterprise HCM implementations. Configure security roles, design/test integrations, map and validate migrated data, troubleshoot issues, document configurations and specifications, execute test plans, support deployments, and stabilize post-production with project teams and client stakeholders.

Lead HCM implementations focused on security configuration, integrations, data migration, configuration, and testing. Provide functional and technical guidance, document designs and procedures, troubleshoot, and support post-implementation stabilization for federal clients.

Support Oracle HCM implementation and modernization efforts by assisting with configuration, requirements analysis, testing, documentation (CDRLs), project administration, data validation, and client workshops while collaborating with senior consultants and technical teams.
