Lead QA strategy and execution for federal IT systems, integrating automated functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing into DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines. Ensure RMF/NIST/STIG compliance, drive test automation and continuous testing, manage defect lifecycle and release quality governance, produce QCP/QASP metrics, mentor QA staff, coordinate with program and government stakeholders, and reduce recurring defects through RCA and risk mitigation.

Support DevSecOps/Cloud teams, tune and monitor databases, apply patches, perform backups/restores, enforce STIG compliance, coordinate releases and firewall access, and prepare databases for testing and production deployments in classified and unclassified environments.

Design, implement, and own Oracle data architecture and schemas for a cloud-native centralized data platform. Develop PL/SQL/SQL artifacts, optimize performance, enforce data standards, support ETL/CDC pipelines, ensure secure scalable database solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-ready data products.
