The role combines project leadership, customer relationship management, business and technical problem-solving, and consultative guidance to drive successful software adoption.

Serve as primary liaison for assigned financial-institution clients to build and retain relationships, drive renewals and cross-sales, and ensure product adoption. Understand CSI products, evaluate client usage, generate pipeline, lead consultative selling, resolve escalations, and support revenue retention and satisfaction metrics. Coordinate with internal teams and participate in client meetings, webinars, and onsite engagements.
