Assess Selective's current Avamar-based backup environment, provide technical recommendations and improvement options for backup technologies, and collaborate with IS stakeholders and managers. Serve as a hands-on infrastructure architect and communicate findings and roadmap clearly.

Support project manager across multiple small .NET web projects: maintain documentation, coordinate testing and meetings, produce status and budget reports, manage schedules, liaise with users, vendors and teams, and assist with requirements gathering and project tracking.

Execute and document software test cases and user acceptance tests for web and iOS mobile applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, performance and end-to-end testing using HP ALM. Validate data, manage defects, collaborate with business analysts, lead peer reviews, and report progress to management. Adapt to Agile/waterfall environments.

Provide 24x7 support and engineering for cloud networking: design, deploy, and operate LAN/WAN/VPN and load-balancing infrastructure; troubleshoot performance incidents; maintain documentation and runbooks; implement site-to-site connectivity; participate in on-call rotation; manage hardware lifecycle, network tuning, capacity reporting, DR, and small-to-medium projects.
