Supports and develops internally built websites and applications, resolves help desk tickets, documents completed work, collaborates with business and IS teams, participates in Agile ceremonies, and contributes to testing and application enhancements. The role requires programming and analysis experience, knowledge of JavaScript, MVC or Blazor, SQL, reporting tools, source control, application testing, and Microsoft technologies.

Provides clerical and administrative support, including data entry, word processing, phone coverage, scheduling, mail processing, filing, reporting, meeting notes, and visitor reception. Maintains office supplies and equipment, coordinates projects, manages spreadsheets using Excel formulas, VLOOKUP, and PivotTables, and supports DHS and managed-care requirements. Requires a high school diploma and at least two years of administrative experience, including one year in healthcare, social services, or insurance.
