Evaluate and critique loan requests, approve within delegated authority or recommend approvals, assign loan grades, monitor delinquencies, review appraisals and financial statements, prepare internal memos on policy exceptions, assist branches with loan structuring and collections, attend DLC meetings, and supervise a team of Credit Officers.

Supports IT internal/external audit and compliance activities for cybersecurity and regulatory frameworks (SOX, COSO, GLBA, FFIEC). Assists with IT internal controls administration, audit coordination, policy updates, risk mitigation recommendations, security awareness efforts, and documentation maintenance. Perform complex credit analysis for businesses and individuals, including financial statement, tax return, and cash flow analysis. Prepare clear Report of Credit Extended (RCE), evaluate credit requests, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, coordinate with branches and Credit Management, and may train or assist junior credit officers.

Ensures compliance with NACHA rules and federal/state laws and supports centers and customers with ACH-related inquiries.

Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial and commercial real estate clients to generate loans, deposits, and other bank products. Support department sales and service efforts, ensure retention and growth of relationships, comply with bank policies, assist with audits and CRA objectives, participate in community activities, and meet departmental goals and budgets.
