Conduct residential and commercial appraisal reviews to ensure credibility and compliance with USPAP, FIRREA, and bank appraisal policies. Work with stakeholders and approved vendors, assist the Chief Appraiser with complex reviews, maintain local market knowledge, deliver training, and support appraisal tracking and reporting processes.

Responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of commercial and commercial real estate clients to generate loans, deposits, and other banking products. Develop and wholesale CitizensTrust investment services by prospecting new clients, partnering with bank relationship managers, closing sales, and managing a book of business. Promote investment, advisory, insurance, annuities, retirement plan and brokerage offerings, track prospects and reports, participate in center sales meetings and community activities, and ensure client onboarding and retention. Frequent travel and territory coverage required.

Perform general accounting operations including accounts payable, general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, intercompany transactions, month-end close support, and assistance with regulatory and SEC filings. Maintain accurate financial records per GAAP/SEC/ICFR, support audits, and identify process improvements while collaborating across departments.

Design, build, and maintain enterprise data integration and BI solutions on Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform. Develop ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, dashboards, and governance artifacts, while supporting data quality, monitoring, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver scalable analytics and integration solutions.

Perform credit analysis for businesses and individuals including financial statement, tax return and cash flow analysis; prepare clear Report of Credit Extended (RCE); review credit files, refer non-standard requests, discuss with branch and credit management, and assist/train junior credit officers.

Support BSA/AML compliance by performing Enhanced Due Diligence on high-risk customers, maintaining records, running AML software reports, identifying suspicious activity, assisting SAR referrals, producing monitoring and Board reports, and helping Centers/Departments with BSA/OFAC regulatory questions and documentation.

Oversee ACH risk functions including customer onboarding, due diligence, monitoring, ACH claims and exceptions, renewals of ACH limits, research and resolve ACH alerts, educate customers on NACHA rules, assist with testing/projects, and support audits and recovery efforts.
