Provide sales support for planning and executing client events and initiatives, track project plans, assist with budgeting, reporting, vendor research and contracts, support sales campaigns and presentations, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and commercial real estate loan relationships. Analyze customer financials, structure and approve loans within limits, solicit new business, retain deposits and services, meet departmental production goals, and ensure compliance with banking policies, audit and CRA requirements.

Provide Tier-3 support and proactive management of bank applications to ensure availability, performance, security, and SLA compliance. Troubleshoot production/test/DR environments, coordinate with infrastructure, vendors, and business units for upgrades, changes, and implementations. Maintain documentation, perform root cause analysis, and promote customer-focused service.

Sell and cross-sell the bank’s products and services, open and maintain business accounts, identify sales opportunities, retain and grow customer relationships, meet personal and center sales goals, perform telemarketing, follow compliance procedures (ChexSystems, OFAC, CIP), participate in sales training and incentive programs, and ensure proper account documentation.

Review and investigate suspicious wire, ACH, check, debit card, and online banking transactions using fraud detection systems. Validate activity with customers and banking centers, document findings (SAIRs, elder abuse reports), communicate with internal teams and law enforcement, and resolve cases to mitigate financial loss and identify fraud trends.

Collects, reconciles, and analyzes financial data; prepares forecasts and reports for management and the Board; monitors variances and trends; develops automated processes and financial models; maintains databases and supports FP&A activities. Supports decision-making with recommendations and presents findings to internal and external stakeholders.

Supports Portfolio, Relationship, and Center Managers in soliciting and retaining deposit and loan relationships. Analyzes customer financial needs, assists in credit and product presentations, contributes to meeting center earnings and growth goals, ensures compliance with bank policies and CRA objectives, and promotes excellent customer experience while providing sales and operational support.

Sell and cross-sell bank products to new and existing commercial customers, open and maintain new accounts, identify sales opportunities, ensure regulatory and documentation compliance, use ChexSystems/OFAC/CIP processes, participate in sales training and incentive programs, and support center growth and customer retention.

Manage a portfolio of commercial and commercial real estate clients to generate loans, deposits, and other banking products. Support department sales and service efforts, ensure regulatory and audit compliance, promote customer experience, meet department goals, and participate in community activities.
