Supports portfolio, relationship, and center managers in acquiring and retaining banking relationships, including loans, deposits, and other products. Analyzes customer financial needs, assists with negotiations and credit presentations, supports sales operations, and manages personal sales efforts against center goals. Ensures compliance with banking policies, lending procedures, applicable laws, audit standards, and CRA objectives. Participates in community activities and provides customer service. This non-supervisory role requires a California driver’s license.

Processes cash receipts, disbursements, invoices, payments, account updates, returned items, and reconciliations. Maintains accurate financial records, researches discrepancies, administers suspense and unapplied cash accounts, prepares transaction reports, and ensures compliance with procedures. Provides task-specific guidance and training to less experienced staff, supports process improvements, and delivers professional customer service.

Sells and cross-sells banking products and services to new and existing business customers. Opens and maintains accounts, identifies sales opportunities, makes referrals, develops commercial relationships, conducts telemarketing, and supports customer retention and growth. Ensures account documentation, Customer Identification Program information, and regulatory procedures are completed accurately. Participates in sales meetings, training, community activities, and center initiatives. No supervisory responsibilities.

Perform and review complex credit analyses and financial statement spreads, compute covenant compliance, prepare reports (marketable securities, delinquency), assist Board reporting, support Credit Officers and Administrators, use Moody's tools and Excel, and provide administrative support to the Credit Management Department.

Manages a portfolio of commercial banking clients, develops relationships, and generates commercial loans, deposits, and other banking products. Supports center sales, service, budget, audit, lending policy, CRA compliance, retention, and growth objectives. Participates in community activities and manages personal sales efforts to meet goals while delivering strong customer service.

Provides client service and administrative support to Relationship Managers by preparing presentations and account documentation, maintaining records and databases, monitoring account activity, processing account openings, closings, checks, transfers, tax filings, and loan requests. Supports compliance, risk, AML, OFAC, fraud-prevention, and regulatory reviews. Coordinates with clients, internal teams, and service providers while managing client access, trust assets, insurance verification, reporting, and daily account administration.

Sells and cross-sells banking products and services to existing and prospective customers. Opens and maintains business accounts, identifies financial needs, develops commercial relationships, supports customer retention and center growth, performs follow-up and telemarketing, ensures account documentation and compliance requirements, and participates in sales training and community activities.

Manage a portfolio of commercial clients to grow loans, deposits, and other banking products. Support center sales and service efforts, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, assist with budgeting, audits, CRA objectives, community engagement, and meet center performance goals.

Support Portfolio and Relationship Managers by soliciting and retaining customer relationships, analyzing customer financial needs, assisting credit/product presentations, and contributing to center sales, deposit, loan, and income goals while ensuring compliance with bank policies and community engagement.

Develop and wholesale CitizensTrust investment services by prospecting new clients, partnering with bank relationship managers, closing sales, and managing a book of business. Promote investment, advisory, insurance, annuities, retirement plan and brokerage offerings, track prospects and reports, participate in center sales meetings and community activities, and ensure client onboarding and retention. Frequent travel and territory coverage required.
