Leads silicon photonics test and characterization from device evaluation through qualification and manufacturing readiness. Designs automated electro-optical and RF test platforms, develops high-speed measurement methods, analyzes characterization data, improves test efficiency, and investigates root causes across optical, electrical, RF, and semiconductor domains. Collaborates with design, fabrication, packaging, reliability, and manufacturing teams, while mentoring engineers and reviewing test plans, automation, analyses, and technical conclusions.

Acts as a liaison between business users and IT for Oracle and other supply chain systems, supporting requirements, configuration, testing, deployment, data integrity, and reporting. Manages or supports system upgrades, process redesigns, automation initiatives, and cross-functional projects. Documents process flows, business requirements, and training materials while applying supply chain planning, inventory optimization, fulfillment, and process improvement expertise.

Develop dashboards, reports, data models, metrics, and visualizations while analyzing business data. Build and maintain Python software, APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and workflow automations. Partner with business users to translate requirements into technical solutions, support testing and deployment, troubleshoot issues, document processes, and explore AI and advanced analytics opportunities.

Requires collaboration across sales, engineering, marketing, operations, finance, legal, and partners.
