Conduct qualitative usability testing and in-market studies, partner with Analytics for funnel analysis and A/B experimentation, prioritize optimization hypotheses, validate localization, and build scalable research and experimentation capabilities to improve conversion, engagement, and retention across global markets.

Own audience segment creation, validation, activation, and governance across CRM/CDP platforms. Partner with CRM, Media, and Data Analytics to translate marketing use cases into scalable audience logic, perform SQL-based data exploration, QA audiences, document requirements, and troubleshoot audience-related issues to support lifecycle and personalized marketing campaigns.

Develop, validate, and improve machine learning models (regression, classification, forecasting, optimization). Prepare data, perform feature engineering, train and evaluate models, and support deployment with Data/ML Engineering. Manage SOX-compliant accounts payable controls including vendor setup in JDE, utility disruption resolution, reconciliations, accrual and trend analysis, invoice and voucher error resolution, check print/reconciliation, and cross-team AP support.

Lead the global UX/UI vision and design system for KFC's web and mobile platforms (Atlas), driving consistent, accessible, and localized digital experiences. Build and lead a global design team, partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations, and use research and behavioral data to improve usability, conversion, and digital sales while scaling design standards across markets and channels.

Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and data pipelines for production. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders, optimize model performance and scalability, automate deployments, monitor production systems, and evaluate emerging ML and cloud technologies to drive business outcomes.
