Owns the evolution of Staples’ sales intelligence platform, combining product ownership, analytics, semantic modeling, automation, and AI enablement. Responsibilities include translating business strategy into data and product requirements, analyzing sales performance, developing dashboards and decision-support solutions, managing roadmaps, driving adoption, establishing governance and quality controls, mentoring contributors, and partnering with Sales, Data, Technology, and Strategy teams.

Supports customers and internal sales teams by managing inbound and assigned sales opportunities, building pipeline, recommending category-specific products, and closing transactional or solution-based business. The role involves consultative selling, CRM usage, customer follow-up, cross-functional collaboration, and meeting sales, margin, activity, and conversion goals while developing strong customer relationships.

Lead marketplace advertising strategies across Amazon, Walmart, Target, Google, and other platforms. Manage PPC campaigns, keyword research, SEO optimization, advertising budgets, ROAS performance, analytics, and third-party agencies. Partner cross-functionally to support a $200M+ revenue eCommerce business.

Leads enterprise strategy, portfolio governance, investment planning, and delivery roadmaps for data products, platforms, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation. Oversees responsible AI, platform modernization, data governance, vendor management, budgets, adoption, risk, and measurable business outcomes. Builds and leads multidisciplinary teams through Directors, Senior Managers, and Managers while partnering with business, product, engineering, security, legal, privacy, finance, and operations leaders.

Develop and manage targeted B2B marketing programs for Staples’ third-party logistics business. Coordinate cross-functional campaigns across Sales, Marketing, Digital, Creative, Analytics, and partner channels. Create audience-specific messaging and sales enablement assets, oversee execution, define KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns through testing. Manage complex projects, prioritize resources, support pipeline growth, and mentor junior contributors.

Administer commission and SPIFF payments through Anaplan, maintain variable compensation models and dashboards, analyze data, resolve payment and data-quality issues, prepare reports, support process improvements, gather requirements, and ensure model security and audit controls. The role partners with finance, sales leadership, sales strategy, and technical teams to translate compensation processes into accurate technical solutions.
