Serve on transaction advisory engagements supporting buy- and sell-side diligence. Perform quality of earnings, working capital analysis, financial modeling, and benchmark analysis. Familiarity with option pricing and Monte Carlo methods preferred.

Provide accounting, auditing, and financial analysis support to financial institutions. Analyze financial statements, implement accounting standards and risk systems, perform investigations, support SEC reporting, conduct control testing and analytics, manage client deliverables, delegate to junior staff, and contribute to business development and practice activities.

Lead valuation engagements by building and reviewing detailed financial models, analyzing historical and projected financials, managing and mentoring junior staff, using Excel, Capital IQ and Bloomberg, preparing client-ready valuation deliverables and participating in business development and client presentations.

Provide financial and operational advisory on turnaround and restructuring engagements. Provide corporate finance and valuation consulting: perform financial and valuation analyses, build models, support transactions, prepare client deliverables, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Lead and deliver valuation engagements by building detailed financial models, analyzing historical and projected financials, directing and mentoring junior staff, using Excel and market data platforms, preparing client-ready valuation analyses and reports, and supporting business development and client presentations.

Perform company and complex-security valuations through detailed financial modeling and data analysis. Lead and mentor junior staff, manage large data sets in Excel, use Capital IQ and Bloomberg, prepare client-ready valuation deliverables, and communicate findings. Participate in business development and practice growth.

Lead and oversee consulting engagement workstreams in applied economics and antitrust matters: design economic, statistical, and financial analyses; model data and markets; manage client relationships; develop and present deliverables; mentor junior staff; ensure quality control; conduct industry research; and support business development.
