Lead and deliver valuation engagements including financial modeling, analysis of historical and projected results, and valuation of companies and complex securities. Manage and mentor junior staff, ensure quality and deadlines, communicate findings to clients, and support business development and practice growth.

Lead and execute performance-improvement engagements for PE-backed companies, delivering cost reduction, EBITDA and SG&A optimization, operational transformation, financial models, board-ready presentations, and implementation while managing teams, mentoring juniors, and supporting practice development.

Design and implement a virtual access layer to enable remote use of a physical AI lab, building scalable, secure infrastructure to process 100,000+ documents/day with LLMs, optimize GPU/LLM throughput, provide customizable interfaces, implement authentication/access controls, and lead projects from design to production.
