Lead and mentor a team of portfolio managers to manage a middle-market commercial loan portfolio. Oversee credit underwriting, structure and negotiate complex loans, exercise delegated credit authority, monitor portfolio performance, prepare credit recommendations, partner with Relationship Managers for business development, and drive portfolio optimization and risk mitigation.

Lead operational resilience, disaster recovery, and technology currency programs for critical banking applications. Manage Live DR readiness, recovery testing, EOL remediation, dependency mapping, governance, and executive reporting. Coordinate across application, infrastructure, cloud, business, risk, and audit stakeholders, manage a small team, drive remediation and resilience initiatives, and improve recoverability and operational sustainability.

Drives business development, cross-selling and client retention; leads multidisciplinary teams to design credit, portfolio and wealth planning solutions; oversees client reviews, reporting, compliance, risk management, change initiatives and training; mentors junior staff and acts as subject-matter expert for stakeholders.

Manage and grow commercial banking client relationships through business development, deal structuring, credit approvals, and cross-selling products. Analyze market trends, prepare executive reports, resolve complex client issues, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize portfolio returns and exceed ROE targets.

Provide senior-level administrative, operational and financial support to managers and teams. Manage calendars, meetings, travel, invoices, budgets, reporting, events, filing and vendor/office logistics. Produce analyses, dashboards, communications, coach junior assistants, and implement process improvements to support efficient business operations.

Design, build, and operationalize enterprise-grade AI agents and an orchestration layer. Implement agent patterns, state management, observability, and governance. Integrate Azure/Azure AI services, support production-grade deployments, perform model/prompt updates, and provide technical leadership to scale reusable agent frameworks across the organization.

Lead enterprise Responsible AI and AI Governance by developing frameworks, policies, controls, and evaluation standards. Oversee reviews of AI use cases, track KPIs/KRMs, advise and challenge teams on risk and compliance, engage stakeholders and regulators, and drive continuous improvement and enterprise adoption of ethical, transparent, and compliant AI practices.

Serve as a strategic advisor to a senior leader, driving planning, analysis, reporting, and execution of strategic initiatives. Lead change management, develop business cases, manage budgets and performance tracking, coordinate communications and stakeholder alignment, and ensure risk and compliance oversight to improve operational effectiveness and customer experience.
