Manages the Sonoma County banking market by retaining and expanding existing relationships, developing new business, and achieving deposit-growth targets. Develop and deliver competitive financial products and services using data analytics, business requirements analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on customer experience and digitalization while overseeing product initiatives and deliverables. Requires strong communication, negotiation, organizational, analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills, along with banking product knowledge and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Provides strategic and hands-on HR partnership to designated business groups, advising leaders on employee relations, talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, performance management, compensation, recruiting, compliance, benefits, leaves, and employee engagement. Conducts investigations, supports corrective actions and separations, manages recruiting and onboarding processes, analyzes workforce data, and implements HR strategies and programs while ensuring compliance with California and federal employment laws.

Underwrite and recommend commercial, commercial real estate, personal, and business credits under senior lender guidance. Assess repayment sources, credit risks, financial statements, cash flow, balance sheets, and leverage. Prepare credit recommendations, loan documentation, escrow instructions, and customer correspondence. Order and interpret title, valuation, appraisal, and credit reports; research loan activity; maintain credit expiration ticklers; and support loan officers with customer calls and credit analysis.
