Supports customers with online account applications, account setup, inquiries, information verification, and case resolution through phone and email. Reviews and updates customer records using Microsoft tools and CRM systems, documents interactions, protects confidential information, and completes administrative and operational tasks. The role also explains retail banking products, escalates issues, meets service-level expectations, and contributes customer insights and updates to procedures.
