Support ASC 740 tax provision and manage federal and state income/franchise tax compliance for a multi-state financial institution. Sell and enroll vacation homeowners into Beach Properties management and rental programs through cold calling, outreach to builders and agents, community expos, and relationship-building. Manage and negotiate enrollment paperwork, track leads and conversions, support Revenue Manager with TVRU enrollment, and develop marketing and departmental goals while coordinating with internal service departments.
