Manage regional sales for Axis Communications security solutions across North New Jersey. Promote and educate partners and customers on IP video and camera products, maintain prospect and customer relationships, conduct demonstrations and presentations, recommend solutions, attend promotional events, collaborate with application development partners, and prepare weekly sales reports. The role requires deep physical security expertise, technical presales or consulting experience, business development ability, and approximately 50% regional travel.

The Developer Solution Architect will evaluate and adopt a new data pipeline service, enhance developer experience, and support onboarding and technical initiatives.

Provide bilingual (Portuguese/English) technical support for IP cameras, access control and security solutions via phone/chat, troubleshoot network/software issues, perform lab replications, escalate to engineering, document cases, and mentor others.
