Perform roadway drainage and hydraulic design for transportation projects across the Southeast, including bridge hydraulics, culvert and closed drainage design, and stormwater treatment. Prepare construction plans, cost estimates, reports, and technical memos. Use hydraulic and CAD software to produce designs, coordinate with project teams and ecologists, and mentor junior engineers.

Manage and verify contractor invoices, track and analyze project costs versus budgets and earned value, generate monthly financial reports, maintain PMIS data (E-builder, Unifier, Kahua), oversee data imports/exports, visualize data with Power BI/Excel, and act as primary cost contact for project stakeholders to monitor forecasts, risks, and budget trends.

Provide air quality permitting and compliance support including emissions calculations and inventories, permit application preparation (e.g., Title V, PSD, minor NSR), regulatory applicability and strategy, reporting (TRI, Tier II), and dispersion modeling. Mentor staff, support proposals and client development, and perform occasional site visits. Hybrid role with up to 10-20% travel.
