Lead mechanical design for federal facility projects, mentor staff, produce construction-ready IFC packages, manage budgets/schedules/staffing, ensure compliance with federal/industry standards, engage clients and business development, and perform site visits (~20% travel).

Lead capture and pursuit of USACE Mobile District IDIQ task orders, build client relationships, direct proposal development and teaming, and ensure seamless transition to program execution and contract administration.

Provide senior-level electrical design and consulting for water/wastewater projects, including power distribution, controls, lighting, fire/access/communications systems, design calculations, one-line and control schematics, construction support, field inspections, and client-facing project management and mentoring of junior engineers.

Design and develop roadway infrastructure projects (intersections, arterials, expressways, interstates and interchanges). Support multi-disciplined project roles: planning, technical design, production lead, task leader, and assist Project Managers. Lead electrical design and consulting for water/wastewater projects including power distribution, controls, lighting, communications, and fire alarm systems; produce design documents, perform calculations and analysis, support construction, review submittals, conduct field inspections, and coordinate project delivery.

Lead substation electrical engineering for transmission and distribution projects (4kV–500kV). Perform detailed design, studies, drawings, specifications, bill of materials, procurement support, and construction documents. Lead proposals, estimates, client engagement, project/program management, and mentor junior staff while ensuring compliance with codes, QA/QC, and cross-discipline coordination.
