Leads and grows Industrial Hygiene consulting services across the Gulf Coast and nationally. Responsibilities include client marketing and relationship development, selling and managing exposure assessments, asbestos, lead-paint, hazardous building materials, indoor air quality, mold, and compliance projects. Oversees proposals and deliverables, coordinates stakeholders, mentors staff, provides training, and serves as an Industrial Hygiene subject-matter expert.

Oversees cost, schedule, progress measurement, forecasting, change and risk management, contractor billing, reporting, and EVM governance. Manages a multidisciplinary project controls team and integrates the Owner, EPC contractors, A&E partners, and prime contractors. Maintains baseline integrity, develops executive dashboards, performs schedule forensics and performance analysis, and drives corrective actions, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Leads roadway engineering and design for transportation infrastructure projects, including highways, interchanges, arterials, and intersections. Responsibilities include mentoring junior staff, developing project plans and schedules, managing production, conducting QA/QC reviews, preparing technical documentation, coordinating with clients, presenting designs, and ensuring quality and safety compliance. Requires strong knowledge of FDOT standards and proficiency with roadway design software.

Responsibilities include managing RFPs, RFQs, bid packages, supplier engagement, commercial strategies, negotiations, evaluation models, award recommendations, governance, risk escalation, and stakeholder coordination. The role also improves procurement processes through standardized tools, templates, reporting, operating models, and supplier performance practices while supporting transmission, distribution, substation, civil, underground, and overhead-line construction programs.

Supports civil and environmental permitting and design projects across energy, industrial, and transportation sectors. Develops land development, soil and erosion control, stormwater, and hydrologic/hydraulic designs; reviews regulations, technical documentation, maps, and site data; manages multiple assignments; collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and clients; performs field work and travel as needed; and mentors junior engineers.

Leads project controls for major design-build transportation pursuits and projects. Establishes schedule and cost baselines, develops Primavera P6 CPM schedules, manages estimating, forecasting, earned value, reporting, risk, change, and claims support. Partners with project, operations, commercial, and client teams on pricing and schedule proposals, translates delivery data into actionable insights, and mentors project controls staff.

The Project Cost Controller supports major design-build transportation pursuits and projects from proposal through closeout. Responsibilities include developing Oracle WBS and cost baselines, maintaining cost data integrity, reconciling Oracle actuals with P6 schedules, producing earned-value reports and dashboards, forecasting EAC/ETC, analyzing variances, managing change and risk impacts, and supporting invoicing, cash flow, contingency, and profitability reporting.

Leads data-driven transportation technology programs involving traffic signal systems, ITS, broadband, and digital infrastructure. Provides stakeholder engagement, project and task leadership, troubleshooting, QA/QC, financial and scope reviews, schedule and budget management, SOP development, and data integration oversight. Serves as a subject-matter expert while coordinating multidisciplinary teams, improving delivery practices, and supporting customer adoption and long-term success.
