Provide day-to-day IT and technical support for a public-sector transportation client in Harrisburg. Troubleshoot system and device configuration, manage system parameters and mapping, implement business rules, analyze operational data and produce reports, track and escalate issues, coordinate with project team, and provide infrequent off-hour on-call support.

Lead and produce civil design drawings for water, wastewater, stormwater, and site civil projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Oversee design quality control, collaborate with engineers and project managers, mentor junior drafters, and ensure designs meet specifications and project timelines.

Manage IT/software projects for the Gateway Hudson Tunnel Project, including planning, execution, software lifecycle administration, procurement/contracting/invoicing, budget management, vendor governance, and reporting on compliance and environmental permitting. Serve as primary contact for software and cybersecurity projects and lead stakeholder communication and cross-functional teams.

Develop and update detailed engineering drawings, models, and construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit. Produce plans, elevations, sections, and schedules; maintain record drawings and adhere to CAD/BIM standards. Coordinate with engineers and remote teams to meet project deadlines across the project lifecycle.

Lead and grow a multidisciplinary BIM team to define and implement BIM standards, ACC administration, model coordination, automation (Dynamo/Revit API), and model lifecycle integration across design and construction. Recruit and train staff, contribute to BIM scope estimates, monitor utilization, and report BIM KPIs to practice leadership.

Lead design and coordination of site development and redevelopment projects including roads, stormwater, utilities, grading, and subdivision master plans. Produce construction documents, calculations, and reports, manage permitting with municipalities, ensure regulatory compliance, and support project management from design through completion.

Serve as South Florida regional lead and client-facing project manager for ITS and traffic engineering projects. Manage scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables; perform traffic analysis, signal and ITS design, operations and safety studies; coordinate multidisciplinary teams; present results to clients; mentor junior engineers.

Lead and mentor electrical design teams for federal facility projects with emphasis on SCIFs and ICD 705/TEMPEST compliance. Produce construction-ready IFC packages, manage project budgets/schedules, engage clients, ensure code and standards compliance, and use industry design/modeling software.
