Lead overall planning, execution, and performance of a Financial and Program Management Support Services contract. Ensure objectives met on schedule, within budget, and per Government expectations; manage staffing, finance, schedule, quality, reporting, and implement automation and Agile practices.

Oversee SDLC, web/database engineering, and modernization; liaise between government and implementation teams; provide technical oversight, integration management, and PMO support; maintain ServiceNow SPM/ITSM dashboards, monitor Agile metrics, manage IMS/RIDAC logs, review technical submissions, and prepare executive briefings while ensuring DoDM 8140.03 compliance.

Architect and configure ServiceNow security controls aligned to DoD Zero Trust, enforce IL4/IL5 segregation, manage RBAC/ACLs and CAC/E-ICAM integrations, develop SSPs and RMF artifacts, support ATO attainment/sustainment, manage POA&M, perform vulnerability assessments and continuous monitoring, produce Security Assessment Reports, and coordinate with Government PMs and AOs.

Design, develop, and lead implementation of Salesforce solutions. Configure and customize platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning. Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements, mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, resolve technical issues, support integrations and testing, and maintain technical documentation.

Design and develop Appian applications and enterprise integrations; translate stakeholder requirements into BPM/case-management solutions using process models, CDTs, rules, and web service integrations. Lead design decisions, provide demos, support testing and business transition, and follow federal digital and US Web Design Standards while contributing BPM best practices.

The Senior Project Manager will oversee project management processes, coordinate with teams, develop project plans, analyze costs, and provide project guidance while managing multiple projects.

Lead federal business development efforts: prospect and build relationships with government accounts, drive capture and proposal strategy across lifecycle, coordinate technical teams and partners, conduct market research, manage capture timelines, and present to executive leadership to win federal technology contracts.
