Serve as senior technical partner contact to drive adoption of the Arlo Partner Platform. Investigate and resolve complex issues across APIs, services, firmware, and environments. Build partner-facing tools, dashboards, and portals; apply AI/automation to improve enablement and reduce manual effort. Translate partner needs into technical requirements and collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize and deliver platform improvements, reliability, and documentation enhancements.

Hands-on RF/Wireless Hardware Engineer responsible for bring-up, debugging and validation of 802.11 and 802.15.4 MAC/PHY firmware, antenna design/tuning, RF circuit layout and integration, RF characterization (TRP/TIS), and collaborating with firmware, SQA, and ODMs to meet product performance targets.

Lead device development from kickoff to mass production for video surveillance and IoT products. Manage schedules, BOMs, ODMs, cross-functional engineering (HW/FW/SW/Mech/RF), regulatory certification, testing, sample distribution, sustaining activities, and provide technical support and process improvements. Occasional travel to Asia for factory support.

Lead validation and characterization of wireless products across development lifecycle. Design and run automated test frameworks, perform RF and real-world validation, analyze packet captures and logs to root-cause failures, develop performance/reliability/interoperability tests, build lab automation and fixtures, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve product quality.

Perform controlled and real-world wireless product testing, analyze traffic and logs (Wireshark/Iperf), use RF test equipment, produce test reports, log issues in Jira/Confluence, develop test systems/fixtures, and collaborate with chipset, firmware, and software teams to ensure wireless product quality.
