Lead and manage the CDL program: develop and implement curriculum, supervise and train Driver Trainers, advise and retain students, analyze program performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and perform program continuous improvement while also performing Driver Trainer duties.

Advise prospective and current students on Title IV financial aid, assist with FAFSA and loan counseling, complete verification, package files in CampusVue, coordinate with admissions and Campus President, and maintain compliance and documentation.

Provide general administrative and student support duties such as answering phones, filing, greeting customers, assisting with inventories and the Learning Resource Center, and performing other tasks assigned by management while maintaining academic responsibilities and adhering to organizational policies.

Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and Microsoft Fabric lakehouses; create Bronze/Gold Delta tables and Power BI semantic models with DAX and row-level security; develop SQL views and incremental load patterns; monitor pipeline health, support data governance, and train reporting staff on the new Fabric environment.

Lead and manage the Career Services department to deliver career workshops, assessments, coaching, resume and interview preparation, employer relationships, externship/job placement, staff hiring/training, and compliance with accreditation and institutional regulations.
