Leads campus academic operations, supervising program directors, faculty, library staff, and academic support personnel. Oversees student advising, retention, scheduling, instructional delivery, academic records, compliance reporting, accreditation activities, faculty development, and career-services collaboration. Maintains academic data integrity, supports curriculum updates, manages student activities and disciplinary processes, and ensures adherence to institutional, state, federal, and accrediting requirements.

Leads workforce development funding and partnership strategy, identifying and securing grants and RFP opportunities from government, corporate, and industry sources. Builds relationships with workforce agencies, funders, employers, and community stakeholders; advocates for institutional and student needs; researches labor market trends; collaborates on program and tuition assistance needs; and ensures applications, activities, and documentation comply with ethical and legal standards.

Lead and manage the CDL training program: develop and implement curriculum, supervise and train Driver Trainers, advise and support students, monitor program performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across cohorts.

Provide administrative support for campus operations, faculty, and staff including processing purchase orders, payroll, new-hire onboarding, vendor relations, data entry, and maintaining confidential employee and student records. Serve as backup for other administrative roles and assist management to maintain a safe, supportive work environment.

Lead and manage the CDL training program: develop and implement curriculum, supervise and hire driver trainers, advise and retain students, ensure regulatory compliance, collect and analyze program data, and perform continuous program improvement while also performing driver trainer duties.

Advise prospective and current students on Title IV funding and FAFSA; complete verification and resolve documentation discrepancies; prepare and submit aid packaging in CampusVue; coordinate with admissions and Campus President to ensure compliance and timely funding; assist with IPP and provide student counseling.

Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls to prospective and enrolled students, facilitate enrollments, ensure admissions requirements are completed, track student dispositions in internal systems, and support team initiatives and trainings.

Develop and manage employer relationships to create job opportunities for students and graduates. Prospect, cold-call, document employer interactions in CampusVue, coordinate with Career Coaches, gather employment verifications, deliver daily activity and weekly expense reports, and support campus branding and community outreach.

Provide senior HR leadership and strategy across payroll, benefits, HRIS, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Build retention frameworks, define HR KPIs, manage HR team and vendors, maintain legal compliance, draft HR budgets, and partner with leadership to drive culture, engagement, and organizational development.
