Provide pre- and post-sales technical support and application expertise for high-performance servo drive systems. Serve as the strategic finance advisor to a business unit, leading budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, KPI tracking, scenario modeling, and cross-functional financial guidance to drive revenue, margin, and cost optimization. Create dashboards and executive-level reporting, support pricing and investment decisions, ensure compliance and controls, and partner with Sales, Operations, HR, Supply Chain, and Accounting to align financial plans with operational realities.

Lead cross-functional software projects from concept through deployment. Define scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables; coordinate engineering, product, QA, and design; champion Agile and quality practices; ensure security and regulatory considerations; communicate progress to stakeholders; track KPIs and lead post-project reviews for continuous improvement.

Lead platform and architecture initiatives: modernize legacy systems into microservices, design and build full-stack applications (Java, Python, Go), own containerization and CI/CD, implement infrastructure-as-code, drive IoT/cloud integrations (MQTT, AWS Greengrass), mentor engineers, and collaborate with senior leadership on technical strategy.

Manage inventory and cost accounting activities including cycle counts, variance analysis (PPV, work orders), month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, consigned inventory, STD cost roll, E&O reporting, audit support, and process/system improvements.
