Lead cross-functional software projects from concept through deployment. Define scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables; coordinate engineering, product, QA, and design; champion Agile and quality practices; ensure security and regulatory considerations; communicate progress to stakeholders; track KPIs and lead post-project reviews for continuous improvement.

Manage and develop direct reports and support ad hoc financial projects.

Design and develop packaging for medical device electronics, create 3D models using SolidWorks, and ensure regulatory compliance.

This role involves designing and delivering hardware solutions in power electronics, taking projects from concept to production in a collaborative, hands-on environment.
