Provide legal support for real estate transactions and land use matters: draft, negotiate, and review tenant licenses, ground leases, easements; prepare zoning and permitting applications and appeals; perform zoning reviews and due diligence; analyze and resolve customer and property owner issues; coordinate with internal teams and external customers to ensure compliance with laws and company standards.

Lead field operations for assigned telecom assets, performing site audits and data collection (including UAS) to ensure safety, compliance, and asset integrity. Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to manage maintenance, repairs, and project closeouts for towers, rooftops, fiber, and generators. Respond to emergencies and meet service SLAs. Frequent travel and physical site work required.

Assess complex wireless facility projects for FAA and FCC filing and compliance requirements; prepare, submit, track, and close FAA OE and FCC ASR filings; validate regulatory data; investigate and resolve filing discrepancies; provide technical guidance, training, and quality assurance; support due diligence and corrective actions; monitor NOTAM-related compliance and coordinate corrections.

Administer and configure system platforms, provide technical support and troubleshooting, gather requirements, design/test/implement IT solutions, analyze and resolve integration and data issues, create reports and dashboards, develop training and governance, prioritize enhancements with stakeholders, and support cross-functional users and business operations.

Manage pre-sale support, business development, and leasing of tower and ground space to non-wireless accounts. Lead customer calls, build pipelines, forecast in Salesforce.com, support credit and application processes, collaborate across sales teams, and meet leasing revenue goals while providing strong customer service and negotiation.
