Designs, develops, documents, and releases battery enclosure systems and mechanical components. Creates product requirements, engineering drawings, tolerance stacks, DVP&Rs, DFMEAs, and DRBFMs while applying GD&T and DFM principles. Coordinates suppliers, prototype builds, manufacturing, validation, and testing teams; manages engineering timelines and design reviews; evaluates structural requirements using CAE results; and troubleshoots component issues through 8D problem solving. Supports regulatory compliance, product development milestones, and continuous improvement.
