Designs, deploys, maintains, and supports telecommunications infrastructure, including TDM switches, VoIP platforms, SS7 signaling, and E911 systems. Installs and configures network equipment, troubleshoots infrastructure, manages servers and backups, monitors performance, maintains security, and supports call routing. Provides 24/7 operational support, documents resolutions, manages multiple activities, and trains users on relevant platforms and applications.

Supports the Controller with telecom accounting operations, financial close, GAAP reporting, audits, SOX controls, regulatory compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Oversees accounting for network infrastructure, IRUs, dark fiber, leases, capital projects, revenue, and telecom assets. Supervises accounting staff, reviews reconciliations and workpapers, supports control remediation, and partners with operational teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
