Supports IT project teams and Project Managers using Agile and waterfall approaches. Assists with PMO process improvements, portfolio and project management activities, capability road-mapping, budgeting, and collaboration with technology leaders. Uses project management tools and office applications while participating in professional development and executive presentation opportunities.

Translates product roadmaps and business objectives into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready backlog items. Reviews loan documentation, tracks covenant and borrowing-base compliance, maintains portfolio data, analyzes financial statements in Moody’s CreditLens and Excel, and supports credit projects, training, and mentorship.

Leads enterprise-wide continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives, from prioritization and business case development through implementation and sustained results. Facilitates Lean Six Sigma problem-solving, value stream mapping, and rapid improvement events; validates financial and operational benefits; advises executives; and coaches employees and improvement practitioners. The role establishes governance, standards, sustainment plans, and data-driven practices to improve efficiency, customer service, controls, capacity, and organizational performance.

Develops and manages comprehensive employee benefits strategies across multiple associations. Responsibilities include plan design, vendor and carrier management, annual reviews, cost optimization, regulatory compliance, audits, market analysis, performance reporting, and stakeholder guidance. The role requires collaboration with HR, Finance, Compliance, brokers, and external vendors to improve benefits programs and ensure alignment with organizational needs.

Design and govern secure cloud architectures across public, private, and hybrid environments. Define standards, evaluate designs, identify risks, and advise on secure configurations. Embed security into DevOps and cloud delivery, automate provisioning with IaC, establish monitoring and detection, and support investigations and compliance collaboration. Provide technical guidance and promote consistent cloud security practices.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large IT projects and programs, translating business needs into plans, managing scope, schedule, budget and risks, applying Agile/Waterfall methods, engaging stakeholders, directing cross-functional teams, and ensuring governance and documentation compliance.
