Manage and grow relationships with assigned partner establishments to drive retention and revenue. Meet Gross Gaming Revenue targets, perform regular on-site visits, resolve operational issues, analyze account performance, educate partners on products and compliance, collaborate with internal teams and marketing, and maintain accurate account records.

The Senior Data Analyst will evaluate gaming machine performance, develop reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights through data analysis.

Lead the internal audit function including risk-based annual audit planning, execution of audit engagements, SOX compliance, regulatory audit programs, and reporting. Manage and develop audit staff, coordinate co-sourced resources, engage senior management and external auditors, identify control gaps, and drive remediation to strengthen financial, operational, compliance, and IT controls.

Lead marketing initiatives for emerging markets (primarily Chicago), executing creative production, community outreach, sales enablement, vendor coordination, reporting, communications, and events. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, data, and design to localize assets, manage vendors, track campaign performance, and produce on-brand materials that support growth and sales activation.

Build, modernize, and maintain gaming systems and integrations. Develop C#/.NET thin-client UIs and services, design SQL databases, implement CSV/JSON and REST interfaces, set up GitHub CI/CD, troubleshoot production issues, and produce documentation and tests while collaborating with stakeholders and engineering teams.
