Serve as liaison between business and technical teams for a multi-year Azure modernization (MyPAS 3.0). Analyze and document current and future-state processes, gather and translate business requirements into user stories, support testing/UAT with test plans and defect tracking, and communicate project updates while supporting change management.

Drive full sales cycle for ERP/SAP, AMS, and IT consulting services. Identify and penetrate target accounts, build and grow client relationships, develop proposals, present solutions, manage pipeline in CRM, meet revenue targets, and collaborate with delivery, marketing, and finance teams to ensure successful engagements.

Design and build complex dashboards and interactive visualizations in Power BI and SAP SAC; integrate and model data from SAP BW, SAP HANA, and SQL; develop planning models and advanced formulas for financial/operational planning; gather requirements from stakeholders; optimize dashboard performance, manage data pipelines, and maintain report stability.

Maintain and troubleshoot Power BI reports (up to 55), use SQL to identify data vs. report logic errors, provide precise SQL findings to IT, collaborate with stakeholders to resolve allocation discrepancies, and communicate technical results clearly.

Serve as an application consultant and business analyst for warehouse management: integrate VLMs/ASRS with WMS, design and maintain EDI/API/IDoc 3PL interfaces, configure WMS processes (receiving, putaway, slotting, picking, packing, inventory), gather requirements, map current and future workflows, write functional specs and test scripts, and coordinate UAT.

Develop, test, debug, and maintain front- and back-end web and mobile applications using C#/.NET and Blazor. Collaborate with analysts and architects to gather requirements, perform root-cause analysis, implement fixes, and support Texas Department of Agriculture applications. Implement responsive, accessible solutions and assist with migrations and process improvements.

Lead end-to-end delivery of InfoSec and infrastructure project portfolios, combining IT and physical office build/move projects. Drive security implementation, portfolio governance, resource optimization, risk mitigation, agile transformation, stakeholder communication, and integration with ITSM/BCDR and support operations. Mentor teams and report portfolio health to executive leadership.
