Lead and build Tapcheck's accounting function: own the general ledger, monthly/quarterly/annual close, revenue accounting, tax, and external audit. Design internal controls and documentation for audit readiness and future SOX, optimize accounting systems (ERP, close stack), eliminate manual workarounds, and develop a high-performing accounting team. Partner with finance and product teams to ensure transaction capture and financial reporting meet lender, investor, and board needs.
