Lead enterprise go-to-market for World ID and proof-of-human products. Own full lifecycle from sourcing to negotiation, close complex partnerships and multi-year contracts, build executive relationships, create new revenue streams, and partner cross-functionally to scale adoption and shape GTM strategy.

The Product Marketing Lead will drive adoption of World ID by developing resources, educating stakeholders, and creating cohesive narratives that communicate product value effectively to various audiences.

Own end-to-end token award programs including education, grant creation, tracking, vesting, and employee communications. Maintain token pool visibility, partner with Finance and People for budgeting and forecasting, build dashboards and recurring reports, serve as primary compensation contact, and ensure data integrity via automated checks, reconciliations, and audit-ready controls while improving processes for scale.

Lead and scale World ID's commercial presence in North America by identifying high-impact partnerships, negotiating and closing complex deals, and driving cross-functional execution. Build partner strategies, manage relationships across the partnership lifecycle, launch pilots, and enable internal teams to support partner commitments.

Design and evolve high-traffic websites and occasional product surfaces. Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs; collaborate with marketing, content, and developers; contribute to design systems; use analytics and A/B testing to iterate; manage multiple workstreams and ensure pixel-perfect execution while advancing an AI-native design practice.

Lead the Device Product function to define vision, strategy, and roadmap for TFH's device portfolio. Own product lifecycle from concept through production, launch, and post-launch iteration. Drive discovery via research and operational data, set requirements and success metrics, align cross-functional teams, ensure launch readiness, and build and mentor a high-performing product team focused on privacy, reliability, and global scale.
