Manages global product development programs from requirements and technical design through manufacturing, validation, quality, and product release. Collaborates with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Production, and other teams to support customer satisfaction, sales goals, marketing programs, product improvements, and operational feedback.

Owns a portfolio of complex, cross-functional programs spanning product development, operations, customers, and company initiatives. Responsibilities include developing charters and business cases, managing schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and scope changes, coordinating engineering and business functions, communicating with customers and senior stakeholders, recovering delayed schedules, mentoring program managers, and improving project management processes and tools.

Manage end-to-end heavy haul and out-of-gauge domestic and international shipments, coordinate with carriers/3PLs and construction project managers, resolve customs clearance issues, maintain import/export compliance and documentation, identify duty savings and classification strategies, and use ERP/MRP and Microsoft 365 tools for collaboration and data accuracy.
