Own the full B2B sales cycle from qualified opportunity through close, managing inbound and outbound leads from SDR/BDR teams. Use consultative SPIN selling, structured discovery, pipeline management, forecasting, and value-based selling to meet revenue targets. Collaborate with sales leadership, SDRs, and Customer Success on handoffs and onboarding while maintaining accurate CRM records. The role targets $50K–$100K ARR deals with 30–45-day sales cycles.

The Sales Executive will identify potential clients, manage outbound sales activities, close deals, and ensure smooth client handoffs while achieving sales quotas.

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll secure new sales opportunities, set appointments for Account Executives, and serve as a consultant to clients in a fast-paced environment.

Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasts, and unit-level financial models. Partner with business leaders to validate assumptions, monitor performance, and recommend actions. Build deal models and support M&A due diligence and post-close integration. Prepare reporting, dashboards, variance analyses, and executive presentations; improve processes and automate reporting.

Lead planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects—especially virtual events and product/funnel launches. Manage cross-functional hand-offs, timelines, assets, and post-launch debriefs. Serve as Asana power user, apply AI tools to improve workflows, and ensure readiness/training for Marketing, Sales, Product, IT, and Contracts to drive successful launches and campaign performance.

Execute hands-on AI implementation for small law firm clients, configuring tools, building automations, and ensuring reliable AI deployments under the guidance of the Fractional CTO.
