Supports Forcepoint Trusted Thin Client systems within a multi-level security environment at a Combined Air Operations Center. Responsibilities include supporting cross-domain solutions, coordinating quarterly TTC health assessments, analyzing infrastructure health and capacity, recommending corrective actions, and maintaining system configuration, connectivity diagrams, and technical documentation.

Provides IT and communications requirements development, project management, plans and agreement administration, lifecycle sustainment planning, and project documentation support for the Combined Air Operations Center. Coordinates technical staff, resources, milestones, exercises, inspections, and end-user requirements while tracking project status and recommending process improvements. Maintains operational plans, support agreements, project plans, and related documentation, supporting Air Force leadership and mission systems.

Provides Tier 2/3 support, software development, application integration, virtualization, testing, maintenance, and system administration for Trusted Thin Client environments supporting Air Operations Center missions. Integrates legacy applications, develops glueware, compiles and ports software, applies security enhancements, performs vulnerability assessments and QA testing, updates architectures and documentation, and delivers monthly engineering status reports.

Leads the Network Operations Team supporting CBP’s enterprise network infrastructure. Directs monitoring, maintenance, optimization, testing, and troubleshooting across LAN, WAN, internet, intranet, wireless, server, security, telecommunications, and service desk environments. Sets operational priorities, coordinates hardware and software problem resolution, supports end users and program management, and provides technical guidance while managing teams and projects.

Leads federal business development and capture strategy across priority agencies, including HHS, DHS, and the Department of War. Responsibilities include building and managing a $250M–$500M pipeline, identifying and shaping opportunities, developing win themes and teaming strategies, negotiating partnerships, coordinating proposal teams, and securing $50M+ in annual contract awards. The role requires executive relationships with federal stakeholders and expertise in acquisition processes, FAR, and major government contract vehicles.

Support the Forcepoint Trusted Thin Client environment at a Combined Air Operations Center, including cross-domain solutions, infrastructure health assessments, capacity analysis, and remediation recommendations. Maintain and publish TTC system configuration, connectivity diagrams, and as-built documentation. The role requires Citrix expertise, DoD cybersecurity workforce credentials, TTC administrator training, and an active Secret clearance.

Plans, configures, tests, and implements operational changes and release packages. Manages end-to-end release processes, coordinates build and test environments, supports configuration management and change approvals, conducts quality assurance audits, prepares management reports, and plans service rollouts and deployment communications.

Manages CBP network incident remediation and service operations, coordinating major incidents, Tier 1 and Tier 2 responses, monitoring, escalation, communications, resolution, and closure. Serves as the contract point of contact for major incident support and recommends improvements to incident management processes. Requires senior enterprise networking experience, leadership, project management knowledge, and familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, monitoring systems, security, and compliance.

Leads federal IT sales strategy and execution, expanding enterprise client relationships and revenue through GWAC, IDIQ, and GSA contract vehicles. Develops sales plans, manages opportunities through contract award, collaborates with technical, capture, and proposal teams, analyzes market intelligence, and mitigates sales risks. Requires federal procurement expertise, strong communication skills, an active security clearance or eligibility to obtain one, and frequent travel to customer sites.

Oversee delivery of CBP network program task-order requirements, serving as the contractor’s primary customer contact. Manage complex, interrelated projects, personnel across multiple locations, quality management, schedules, costs, technical and financial reporting, task planning, deliverables, and senior-level client relationships.
