Drive government-sector IT sales by managing partner relationships, registering opportunities, developing customized quotes, responding to customer inquiries, generating leads, maintaining CRM records, and delivering sales presentations. The role requires knowledge of Federal, State, and Local Government markets, strong customer and partner relationships, and the ability to communicate technology solutions that support customer needs and revenue growth.

Plans, configures, tests, and implements operational changes and release packages. Manages end-to-end release processes, coordinates build and test environments, supports configuration management and change approvals, conducts quality assurance audits, prepares management reports, and plans service rollouts and deployment communications.

Develops sales plans, manages opportunities through contract award, collaborates with technical, capture, and proposal teams, analyzes market intelligence, and mitigates sales risks. Requires federal procurement expertise, strong communication skills, an active security clearance or eligibility to obtain one, and frequent travel to customer sites.

Manages the full federal proposal development lifecycle from pre-RFP through submission. Leads proposal teams, develops schedules and compliance matrices, coordinates stakeholders and reviews, writes and edits proposal content, manages production activities, responds to revisions and deficiencies, and maintains proposal knowledge repositories. The role supports multiple simultaneous proposal efforts under aggressive deadlines and requires strong federal contracting proposal expertise, communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Oversee delivery of CBP network program task-order requirements, serving as the contractor’s primary customer contact. Manage complex, interrelated projects, personnel across multiple locations, quality management, schedules, costs, technical and financial reporting, task planning, deliverables, and senior-level client relationships.
