Build and lead Dyania's People function globally: design organizational strategy, performance and compensation systems, recruiting and onboarding processes, HR operations/compliance, employee engagement, and hire the People team across the US and Greece.

Leads design and development of AI/ML models for clinical data understanding. Responsible for entire model lifecycle and technical mentorship.

Act as the technical liaison to healthcare clients to deploy and operate Synapsis AI. Lead data mapping, SQL logic, ETL pipelines, integrations, and event-driven workflows. Coordinate release schedules, support cybersecurity reviews, monitor system health, automate operational tasks, capture client requirements, and translate them into engineering deliverables while partnering with clinical and product teams.
