The Business Development Manager will source clients, organize territory plans, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets while collaborating with the team in the hospitality sector.

Manage a portfolio of hotel accounts to drive retention, expansion, and product adoption. Lead onboarding, technical enablement, renewals, and escalations; monitor telemetry and usage to identify risks and upsell opportunities; coordinate with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering; maintain CRM hygiene and reusable technical assets; deliver executive-level business reviews and measurable ROI reporting.

Serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic enterprise hotel customers. Manage escalations, monitor account health, diagnose and resolve issues across APIs, integrations, frontend and backend systems. Partner with Product and Engineering, enable support teams via documentation and automation, lead post-incident retrospectives, and drive proactive outreach and roadmap alignment to maximize customer value.
